According to Sheriff Millsap: Rex Randall Swinney, 42, Reece Road, Ranger, was arrested late Tuesday Afternoon at his home.
Swinney is accused of inappropriate contact with a 13 year old female between March and May of this year at different locations in Bartow County.
Swinney is charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation, nine counts of child molestation, one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes and one count of simple battery.
Swinney has been brought over to Superior Court for a bond hearing. He is also being held on a parole violation.
