Charlsie Broome graduated from Shorter University in Rome on Friday, May 4, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in business management, and a minor in education. Broome also was named to the dean’s list for spring semester 2012. The dean’s list requires a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Broome is a 2008 graduate of LaFayette High School. She is the granddaughter of Vivian and Tommy Davenport.
