LaFayette Elite Ballers win in Tennessee

LaFayette hoopsters win Smoky Mountain Jam: The LaFayette “Elite Ballers” fifth-grade boys’ AAU basketball team traveled to Gatlinburg, Tenn. on March 30 and brought back the championship of the Smoky Mountain Jam tournament. LaFayette was dominant, winning every game by at least 30 points thanks to fierce defense and solid shooting on the offensive end. Team members include Tyrek Ramsey, Landon Peppers, Alex Kelehear, Rylan Russell, Dee Southern, Tyrese Marsh, Vyshonn Daniel, Austin Rodgers, and Landon Swanson. They are coached by Hank Peppers and Scotty Russell.
