Harold and Patricia Silcox thank the city of Fort Oglethorpe workers for their quick action clearing roads and neighborhoods in the aftermath of winds from tornadoes that skirted around the city April 27. Patricia said their neighborhood, which is located behind Krystal near Ga. 2 and Hutcheson, was full of broken and scattered limbs caused by the storm winds and rain.
