Tim and Anna Lyons of Chickamauga are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Amanda Miaka Hague to Daniel Allen Langston, son of William and Linda Broom Langston of Ringgold.

The future bride is also the daughter of Chris and Carrie Hague of Easthampton, Mass. and is the granddaughter of Jesse and Akemi Farr of Soddy Daisy, Tenn., and James O. and DeAnn Ragan of Bluffdale, Texas, and JoAnne Lyons of Ringgold. The future bride’s brother and sister-in-law are Ryan and Kristin Hague of Marietta, Ga.

The future groom is the grandson of the late Carter and Mary Langston of Ringgold and the late Matt and Dorothy Broom of Ringgold. The future groom’s sister and brother are Amanda Langston and late Dereck Langston, both of Ringgold.

The couple attend Gospel Way Baptist Church in Ringgold.

Miss Hague is a legal secretary for Heinsman Law Group in Chattanooga.

Mr. Langston is a technical consultant at Sterling Communications in Ringgold. He has an architectural drafting degree from Georgia Northwestern Technical College.

A May wedding in Ringgold is planned.

The couple were engaged Nov. 6, 2010.
