A Ringgold man was arrested Monday for exposing himself to three children at an apartment complex, police said.

According to Ringgold Police Department:

Kentrell Bivins Sr., 32, of 93 Bedford Place has been charged with three counts of child molestation and three counts of aggravated child molestation. He remained Tuesday in the Catoosa County jail. Bond has been set at $15,000.

On Sunday Bivins, who lives in an apartment complex off Boynton Road, reportedly stepped out on to his second-floor apartment balcony and masturbated in front of the children, a boy and two girls.

The boy told his mother and she called police. The children were interviewed separately and gave the same ac-count of what happened.

The two girls said Bivins had displayed that type of behavior before. They told police, “He does that all the time.” “Both were too scared to tell their parents,” police said.

The two girls said Bivins had exposed himself to them while he was behind the office as well as in the laundry mat at the apartment complex.

Bivens also faces an indecent exposure charge in Fort Oglethorpe for a similar incident which occurred in October in the Walmart parking lot.
