The Georgia Department of Labor’s (GDOL) LaFayette Career Center will sponsor a job fair on Thursday, April 12, to help Randstad Staffing fill a number of jobs in the northwest Georgia area.

The job fair will be from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Community Room at the LaFayette Housing Authority, 300 South Oak St.

The company is filling job openings for forklift operators, machine operators, pickers and packers, material handlers and various other positions in Catoosa and Walker counties and the Chattanooga, Tenn., area.

Some positions will require a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED). Applicants should bring resumes and be prepared to interview for job openings for part-time and full-time positions. Salaries will vary depending on the opening.
