The camps will be held on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9-11 a.m. each day at a cost of $60 per camp, beginning June 5.
Tuesdays will include work on the driving range, Wednesdays will be spent on the practice greens, and Thursdays will be reserved for on course work.
The camps will be directed and taught by Eddie Jackson, a former PGA Tour player who has spent the past 27 years as a teaching professional.
In addition, there will be three major youth tournaments held during the summer. A match play tournament will be held June 19-21, a Ryder Cup-style team tournament will be held July 10-12, and the stroke play Junior Championship will be held July 24-26.
All three-day tournaments will require $60 entry fees, but membership at LaFayette Golf Course is not required for the camps or the tournaments.
For more information about the camps or the tournaments, contact Jackson at (423) 260-3965 or the LaFayette Golf Course at (706) 639-1580.
