The bride is the daughter of Tim and Anna Lyons of Chickamauga, and Chris and Carrie Hague of Easthampton, Mass. The groom is the son of William and Linda Broom Langston of Ringgold. The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Lamar Dietz.
Serving as maid of honor was Mandy Langston, sister of the groom. Bridesmaids were Kristin Hague, sister-in-law of the bride, and Joni Owen, childhood friend of the bride. Ellie Heinsman of Chattanooga, Tenn. served as flower girl.
Serving as best man was Alex Fincher, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Ryan Hague, brother of the bride, and Justin Stevens, childhood friend of the groom. Trevor Rhudy of Ringgold served as ring bearer.
The bride wore an ivory lace cap-sleeve trumpet gown with a keyhole back. The gown featured a chapel-length train. She carried a gathered bouquet of ivory Vendela roses and baby’s breath, tied with natural poplin. She wore her grandmother’s pearl necklace.
A reception of friends and family was also held on Dietz Farm under a pole barn, decorated with ivory Japanese paper lanterns, mason jars holding white tea candles, baby’s breath or daisies, ivory paper flowers, and white Japanese origami cranes. The food was provided pot-luck style by the members of the Gospel Way Baptist Church. The bride’s cake was a four tier almond cake with textured buttercream frosting, made by Jackson Bakery. The groom’s cake was a three tier, chocolate cherry cake, made by his mother and sister.
The bride and groom’s wedding trip was in Tybee Island, Ga. The couple reside in Flintstone.
